Our services are intended to provide academic assistance, research support, guidance, editing, proofreading, analysis and other legitimate educational and research support.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with the academic-integrity policies, assessment requirements and rules of their institution or professional body.
Materials provided by Scholarly Work should not be submitted as a client’s own work where doing so would constitute plagiarism, academic misconduct, misrepresentation or another breach of institutional rules.

- academic fraud or misconduct;
- plagiarism;
- impersonation;
- fabrication or falsification of research data;

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and relevant information required for the provision of the requested service.
This may include:

- institutional guidelines;
- marking rubrics;
- source materials;
- datasets;

Clients are responsible for ensuring that information and documents supplied to Scholarly Work may lawfully be shared with us.
Clients should not knowingly provide false, misleading, unlawfully obtained or unauthorised information.
Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information supplied by the client may affect the agreed delivery date.
4. Quotations and Scope of Work
Before commencing a project, Scholarly Work may provide the client with a quotation or written confirmation setting out the agreed scope of work.
The quotation may specify:
- the services to be provided;
- the deliverables;
- the agreed fee;
- the expected completion date;
- the number of revisions included, where applicable; and
- any other relevant terms.
The quotation is based on the information available to Scholarly Work at the time it is prepared.
If the client subsequently changes the scope or requirements of the project, Scholarly Work may revise the quotation, fee or delivery date.
5. Fees and Payment
The applicable fee will be communicated to the client before work commences or as otherwise agreed.
Payment may be required in full or in instalments depending on the nature and value of the project.
Where an advance payment or deposit is required, work may not commence until the required payment has been received.
Where a payment schedule has been agreed, the client is responsible for making payments by the agreed dates.
Failure to make payment when due may result in:
- suspension of work;
- postponement of delivery;
- withholding of completed deliverables; or
- termination of the engagement.
Any additional work outside the original agreed scope may be subject to an additional fee.
6. Commencement of Work
Work will normally commence after:
- the scope of work has been agreed;
- the necessary information and documents have been received; and
- any required initial payment has been received.
The commencement of work may be delayed where any of these requirements have not been met.
7. Delivery Times
Scholarly Work will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the agreed timeframe.
Delivery dates may be affected by:
- delays in receiving information from the client;
- changes to project requirements;
- additional work requested by the client;

- third-party service interruptions;
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or
- other unforeseen circumstances.
Where a significant delay is anticipated, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the client.
8. Revisions and Corrections
Where revisions are included in the agreed service, they will normally be limited to changes that are consistent with the original instructions and agreed scope of work.
A revision request that substantially changes the original project may be treated as additional work.
Examples may include:
- changing the research topic;
- substantially changing the research questions;
- introducing a new methodology;
- requesting substantial additional analysis;
- changing the structure of a completed document; or
- providing new source material after completion that requires substantial reworking.
Additional work may attract an additional fee, which will be communicated to the client before the additional work is undertaken.
9. Research Data and Analysis
Where Scholarly Work provides data-analysis or research support, our work will be based on the information, data and instructions provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions and ethical approvals to collect, use and provide research data to us.
Scholarly Work does not knowingly fabricate, falsify or manipulate research data.
Where statistical or qualitative analysis is requested, we will apply appropriate methods based on the information and requirements provided. However, we cannot guarantee a particular research finding, statistical result, publication outcome or academic assessment result.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that deliverables meet the agreed requirements.
Clients are responsible for reviewing completed work before using, submitting or publishing it.
Clients should verify:
- factual information;
- references and citations;
